MY BIO

Abstract

With a background in graphic design and product development, combined with an academic foundation in cognitive science, I specialize in research-driven product strategy. My emphasis of interaction design fused with a passion for behavioral neuroscience allows me to transform how humans interact with technology, ensuring precision and purpose in every digital/physical touchpoint. In my current role, I collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and software engineers to unify user experiences, enhance customer support methods, and optimize product heuristics that intuitively drive the mission forward.

Background

My first-ever resume said, "From printed paper to systems on a screen, I design both & everything in between." Throughout my career thus far, I have led design initiatives to refresh branding, standardized design systems, and fostered cross-functional collaboration with MarCom, CoE, and CSM teams, enhancing marketing impact, business growth, and operational efficiency. My work extended beyond aesthetics, shaping public perception and delivering measurable results that resonate with users and prospective customers alike.

Methodology

My design philosophy can be summed up in one word: justification. Every design decision I make is backed by rationale, whether it is rooted in deductive research, psychological phenomena, or real-world physics. Furthermore, a design should be 'focused', ensuring that if it exists, it directly supports the user. It should be 'feasible', where the benefits outweigh the burden. And above all, it should be 'falsifiable', because "I think so" is never as powerful as "I know so, and here's the data to prove it." Thoughtful, evidence-based design isn’t just a responsibility—it’s a strategy.
